After a very long bus drive we arrived at a private Cattle Station in Kroombit - first time I left the coast and went inland. In the afternoon I went horse back riding and mustering goats, then learned how to catch a goat, how to bring it down for the branding and how the cattle prod feels on a human body… Early evening we were taught how to creck a whip and later on after a few drinks we had a mechanical bull competition. I won:-) Had to get up at half past 5 am the next morning for trying to shoot clay discs before leaving to the next station.

Was an 11 hours drive to Airlie Beach where I’ll stay for one night before I go on my Whitsundays sailing trip.
